Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport (MRB), known for its place in aviation history as Shepherd Field, is Arcadia’s current base of operations near Martinsburg, West Virginia - located 37 miles northwest of Dulles International Airport (IAD). Since 1955, MRB has been proud to serve as the home of the USAF 167th Airlift Wing, now a C5 Galaxy base.
In 1946, All American Airways began its operations here, better known today as US AIRWAYS. Fairchild Aircraft manufactured and maintained the F227 here in the 1960’s.
Shepherd Field was also the home of the Berkeley Aviation Flying Club, whose members included Amelia Earhart and General Billy Mitchell.
Arcadia Aviation is your Fixed Base Operator at MRB, offering a complete range of FBO services to our growing list of clients, including an FAA Part 145 Repair Station. Our contract Jet A clients receive deeply discounted fuel prices as well as our commitment to help their flight departments control the high fuel costs of today.
Arcadia Aviation, also an airport developer, has made a long-term commitment to MRB’s growth, having just completed the first section of a planned 200,000 sf corporate hangar and office complex. Arcadia is currently seeking base tenant flight departments at each of our FBO locations.

Sullivan County International Airport is located 61 air miles northwest of Teterboro Airport (TEB). Arcadia Aviation is the provider of complete Fixed Base Operation services at MSV and will soon be breaking ground on our second corporate aviation complex to support New York area flight departments.

MAINTENANCE
Arcadia Aviation’s Part 145 Repair Station supports the needs of the growing fleet of Arcadia owned and operated aircraft, as well as providing support to fleet aircraft operated by our corporate flight departments tenants.
Arcadia’s maintenance teams are comprised of FlightSafety trained, licensed A&P technicians, IA-qualified aircraft inspectors and factory trained specialists in airframes such as the Westwind, Astra and G200. Our staff brings extensive experience in aircraft inspection, maintenance, repairs, modifications and technical operations.
No matter what support your aircraft requires, Arcadia’s dedicated maintenance teams will complete the job with a total focus on quality, timely delivery and cost effective solutions.
Arcadia provides 24/7 nationwide Westwind technical support for operators with maintenance-related questions and troubleshooting needs.
Contract Fuel
Understanding that rapidly escalating fuel costs have become the Number #1 challenge for many aircraft owners, Arcadia is offering a “Cost Plus” contract fuel program that delivers substantial savings to our partner flight departments and individual owners.
Arcadia will provide you with a cost-benefit analysis for your aircraft based on your usage patterns that outlines the incremental savings over your current fuel plan both on a per trip and annual basis.
Because of the long term nature of our ground leases and the ability to amortize our overhead over multiple revenue streams, Arcadia can deliver value in the form of deeply discounted fuel to a customer base that is confronted with increasingly higher fuel expenses at their base airports.
