We Know What You Expect From Your Aircraft Charter Company
At Arcadia, we provide our charter clients a broad range of services to ensure that each trip completed meets or exceeds their individual standards and expectations. This begins with knowing you.
We create an extensive Client Profile for each charter client, detailing personal preferences for you, your spouse, family and business associates, when applicable. We coordinate all ground travel, lodging, catering, any special dietetic requirements and special aircraft stocking items. Most importantly, we make sure our staff knows what you don’t like.
This Client Profile is used to brief Arcadia’s scheduling, dispatch and flight departments on how your charter flights need to be conducted and is our guide for making even the smallest details and requirements standard when you travel privately with us.
SERVICES
We Know You Expect…
To travel only on clean, tastefully attractive aircraft maintained beyond the requirements of the FAA.
Professional, uniformed and discrete flight crews, fully briefed on your Client Profile, and trained beyond the requirements of the FAA.
A due diligence review to be conducted on aircraft and crews arranged by Arcadia when chartering outside of our fleet, including verification of Wyvern and/or ARGUS ratings, crew qualifications and training status, as well as the securing of your insurance requirements from the aircraft providers.
To be greeted by your surname upon arrival for departure by an Arcadia representative or crew member, who is responsible for transferring all your baggage to the either the baggage compartment or cabin of the charter aircraft.
Your charter flight to depart at the scheduled time with the aircraft positioned at the point of departure and fueled at least one hour before your scheduled departure.
All requested catering and aircraft stock requirements to be on-board the charter aircraft and per your exact specifications.
Each segment of your charter flight to be flight-followed by Arcadia’s experienced Dispatch Team, and any unplanned contingencies that affect the flight, such as adverse weather conditions, will be communicated to you immediately, resolved professionally, and with urgency by Arcadia.
The latest in software technology to be used in the management of your charter flight, such as the Flight Operation Software Program, (FOS), currently being utilized by Arcadia.
Ground transportation to be in-place and waiting for your arrival at your destination.
